Bethany Paden graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Milligan College in 2001. She has worked in the legal industry ever since then, primarily involved with real estate law. Bethany began working at Doyle & Foutty, P.C. as a legal assistant in 2003 and subsequently established the REO Department. She then went on to oversee and manage the overhaul of the in-house title agency, Total Title, LLC n/k/a Voyager Title, LLC and currently manages its day-to-day operations. In October of 2019, Bethany became the Executive Director of the Indiana Land Title which she does in conjunction with her ownership and management of Voyager Title, LLC. She also directs the music program and choir at Holy Family Episcopal Church in Fishers, IN.

Craig D. Doyle
Craig D. Doyle is the president of the Indianapolis law firm of Doyle & Foutty, P.C., where he practices in commercial civil litigation, particularly involving real estate matters. Having practiced law since 1983 after earning his law degree, Cum Laude, from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, he has dedicated his career to the practice of law in the world of real estate. He has been a litigation consultant for six title insurance companies and has represented the Indiana Land Title Association in the Indiana Court of Appeals.
Craig is a member of the Indiana State Bar and Indianapolis Bar Association as well as a former member of the board of Indiana Lumbermen’s Mutual Insurance Company for 15 years and is the current chairman of the board of directors for Providence Cristo Rey High School. He was also an appointed member of the Indiana Real Estate Commission in 1995 where he served continuously for thirteen years and two years (2000 and 2001) as their chairman.

In addition to marketing for Voyager Title, Ben is the Business Development Manager for the law firm of Doyle & Foutty, P.C. Having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in business from Milligan College in May of 2003, he has been working in the world of real estate since 2005. He prizes his job in this industry, working with bank and lending professionals as well as realtors, title agents, lawyers, and anyone else operating in this space. Ben enjoys traveling to industry events and meeting new people. Above all else, he loves laughing and having fun with his family (pictured here in their truest form).

Megan Everett
Megan Everett has a passion for real estate with 28 years of experience in the title industry and has held a real estate license since 2012. Megan began her title career as a title searcher in Indianapolis, but has since spent time as a title examiner and an agency representative. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, who is a builder, and her 14 year old daughter, Claire, who is a singer and a cheerleader at Center Grove schools. As a team, Dan and Megan love building and designing homes as well as fixing up neglected ones! As a family, their favorite activities include hiking, mountain biking, Jeep cruising, and visiting National Parks. They also love their two dogs, Daisy, a Pug, and Ruby, an English Bulldog, including them as members of their family.
